I love the movie ! It was awesome! I almost like it as much as I liked Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. I think I liked it more then Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone(save Snape's parts). I just got done watching LOTR for the ....14th time or something and I still love it! Elijah Wood is awesome! Now I leave to go post in the Elijah Wood section!!! www.tlotr.com/phpBB2/images/smiles/biggrinbounce.gif [/img]

hmm....thats a tuffy. My favorite quote was "I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less then half of you half as well as you deserve." I think my favorite part was when Frodo disappeared for the first time and met up with Strider. I really liked him. Another part I liked was when they were in the Mines of Moria. From beginning to end. I am also reading the series right now and I especially liked the Mines of Moria part.

I liked it when they fight the troll and Frodo gets stabbed by the Troll and he is protected by mythril.

In the book, no one ever finds out about the Mithrill except Gandalf who only suspected it. (I'm reading the series right now)

yea i know J.R.R. Tolkien uses ALOT of legend. Thats why his elves are so tall. Elves used to be considered as very powerful, tall, elegant, immortal beings, not the short, toy-makers you depict them as today.
